Peace Abla Akortah
Peace Abla Akortah is a Partner and the Human Resource Manager at Pistis And Associates and holds a Master of Arts in Education and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Study of Religions, from the University of Ghana, Legon, respectively. She also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Commercial Management UK (ICM-UK).
Peace has over ten years of accomplished diverse experience in Humanitarian / Behavioral management in both the Educational / Corporate industries.
She worked as an Administrative Assistant with Steel Wire Drawing Industries where she managed scheduling for staff, monitored all resource allocations to provide optimal coverage service, handled all communications to and from executives, conducted market surveys and industry studies to identify the need and demand for new clientele and also managed all office proceedings and activities.
Peace also worked with the Ada Senior High school and the Corpus Christi School. As a teacher she addressed student learning needs through diverse teaching styles, engaged students and boosted understanding of the material, using focused instructional strategies and hands-on activities, and applied proactive behaviour management techniques to facilitate classroom learning and differentiated instruction according to student ability and skill level.
Peace is a dedicated and responsive individual with proven skills in management, behaviour modification and individual support to promote learning and success and has widely mentored individuals from all spheres of life.
