Mr P. Addo-Nyarko is the Senior Partner of the firm. He brings into the firm over sixteen years of career experience in Audit, Tax, Investment Advisory, Finance and Business Consultancy, Accounting Software Consultancy. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Worldwide
Philip has had significant audit exposures at the Ideal Finance and Ideal Capital Company Limited as an Internal Auditor and whilst in the employment of PwC, he was involved in the management and control of the audit of some of the big Microfinance in Ghana including Kingsbridge Microfinance.
His exposure also includes the audit of large manufacturing companies and multi-lateral mining companies like Orica Senegal and South Africa, Tanink Ghana Limited, AutoWorld Ghana Limited. His experiential record also includes being a member of a team that carried out financial due diligence on major Bulk Oil Producing Companies.
Philip’s key achievements include the management of diverse investment portfolios of both individual and institutional clients and involvement in the restructuring of the accounting systems of various clients.
